Is deletion really permanent?
Yes. DeleteX uses X's official API, so deletion is as permanent as deleting on X. That is why every run includes a sample, exact count, and explicit confirmation.
Do you store my tweets?
No. DeleteX stores only the IDs and metadata needed to process deletion. You can revoke access from X settings or delete your DeleteX account and data anytime.
What if I have more than 3,200 posts?
X's API only returns the most recent window. Premium users can upload their X archive so older posts become eligible for deletion.
Will I hit rate limits?
X enforces strict endpoint limits. DeleteX queues large runs, retries gracefully, and shows progress so slow batches feel intentional.
Is DeleteX affiliated with X?
No. DeleteX is an independent tool built for use under a standard X developer account and X's Developer Agreement.
