What the result means
Inspect first, then choose a cleanup path
X archives can include posts from much earlier than recent timeline results. The viewer turns the extracted archive file into a searchable post list without sending it to a server.
The filtered count is a planning aid. A post may already be deleted or unavailable on X, so a later API preview can return a different actionable count.
